We suggest that you reserve as soon as possible. We have a large inventory of products, but sometimes we can run out of certain items.

Yes, you can increase your order up to 2 days before your delivery as long as we have the items available. You can decrease your quantities, delete items 72 hours before your scheduled delivery and receive a full refund. A 35% cancellation fee will apply to items canceled 60 days prior to scheduled delivery. A 100% cancellation fee will apply to items canceled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery.

You can make a reservation a few different ways:

  • You can build a “Wishlist” on this website, you will then receive a formal quote via email. If you want to turn that into a reservation, simply click on the link provided in your email, digitally sign and remit payment. You will then need to provide an image of your government issued ID (Drivers License or Passport). The name on your document must match the credit card used to remit payment. 
  • You can schedule a showroom appointment and select items in our showroom to create a reservation in person. 
  • You can call or email us at [email protected] or copy your list to our contacts page with your list of items and we can begin the process that way. 

Orders require a 35% deposit is required to reserve equipment. Final payment on reservations must be made in full at least two weeks prior to delivery. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Checks must be received 10 business days prior to scheduled delivery. Visit our showroom if you wish to pay with cash.

We require a valid credit card to be on file for security along with a copy of your government issued ID that matches the name on your credit card. This will be captured by our system once you confirm your reservation via our signature/payment link. If you plan on visiting our showroom to pick up your rentals we place a minimum additional deposit of $100 on your credit card. This is fully refundable as long as all items are returned undamaged. Deposit may be increased depending on equipment being picked up. Ask you rental specialist for specifics. 

We base our delivery and pick up charges on your address. This is calculated with a base of $35 and $1.10 per mile. Please inquire to find out what yours would be. Delivery to outlying areas such as Boulder City, Mt. Charleston, Pahrump, etc. is higher. Rates may also be higher for non-standard deliveries such as those that are for specific times, before or after hours, certain hotels, convention center locations etc… Please call or email us for a quote.

No, not as long as we can get into your backyard.

Some of our items including Tents, Stage, Dance Floor, Wedding Arches and other select products, include free Set Up. Other items such as Folding Tables, Chairs and Linens, do not. If you wish to have our staff set up and or strike, please ask your event consultant for a quote. Please note that in order for us to schedule our crew, these services must be arranged when you place your order.

Current Event Rentals offer rental protection at a small additional charge. By choosing the rental protection you will not be held responsible for any accidental damage to items on your order. This does not cover negligence. If you choose to not include this on your order you will be charged the replacement cost for any items you damaged. 

No, we do not count Sunday as a rent day. For most orders if your event is Saturday we can delivery on Friday and you will keep the items until Monday for a 1-day rental rate.

Our rental rates are very comparable to our competitors. Where we differ would be in our service. We will always consider price matching as long as you are able to provide the quote from one of our major competitors.
