Like you, we love events. The bonds and experiences we share through events are indelible. We are

heartbroken by the impact the coronavirus/COVID-19 is having on our industry, our clients, our partners, and our Team Members. Current Event Rentals supports the dramatic eforts and steps being taken to contain and control the coronavirus quickly and efectively.

Current Events remains open and available to plan and prepare for future parties/galas/weddings/etc., make changes to existing orders, or unfortunately postpone or/cancel existing events. Our showroom has moved to appointment only status, to ensure the health and safety of visitors and Team Members. If

developments warrant further containment of our Team, we will have remote resources available to work with clients and their needs.

If you are planning an event, we completely understand the concerns you may have for the health of you and your guests.

Here are some steps Current Event Rentals is taking:

  • Closely monitoring and following CDC, WHO, and federal/state/local government guidelines.
  • Our Team Members, all our facilities, and any remaining events are following the CDC’s recommended health and hygiene guidelines. We pride ourselves on neat, organized, and impeccably clean facilities (if you haven’t had a tour, we would love to show you around when we put this in the rearview mirror).
  • We are equipping our crews with gloves, hand sanitizer, and additional cleaning products to ensure everything Current Event Rentals provides is clean and safe.
  • In light of the rapidly changing environment, we want you to know that Current Event Rentals is here for you. We have a fair cancellation policy and are working with clients to ensure they know when events must be cancelled to avoid charges. If you are moving your event to a date in the future, we will move the deposit as well. We want events!

As this situation evolves, Current Event Rentals will be making some tough business decisions to continue as a strong, dynamic, and innovative company. The future of our Team and company is imperative during this difcult and unprecedented time. The best thing for all of us is the quick containment and control of coronavirus/COVID-19 and a return to the events that are so important to us and our society.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our customers and communities as the needs arise. Our hearts go out to all those who have been a fected.

Here are some unique steps we will be taking to ensure our Team Members and Clients safety

All Team Members will have
their temperature taken
prior to entering the facility.

All Team Members will be
provided with and required to wear PPE within
the facility and while out
on during our contactless
delivery & pick-ups

Additional hand
sanitizer and handwashing
stations are provided
throughout the facility.

All Team Members will be
reminded to practice social
distancing. Their work stations
and breakroom have been set
up to accomodate for this.

Some addtional things we will be doing with all of our rental equipment..

Current Events has purchased several UV wands. This will go over all equipment and ofce surfaces throughout the day. Further assiting in the sanitization of all products, their packaging and our facility.

Current Event Rentals will be thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment prior to leaving our facility and once it returns from an event. We will be using CDC recommending cleaning products to accomplish this. Most of these types of equipment will consist of all tables, chairs, dance floors, stages and tents.

Our wide variety of linen was and will continue to be cleaned using commercial laundry equipment, with chemicals capable of sanitizing and removing any stains. Each piece within our inventory is always prepared by being hung on its own hanger and protected within its own plastic covering, to ensure it is ready for the next rental.

All of our china, glassware, flatware and any transport racks are washed two times to ensure every piece is cleaned and sanitized.

1st all items will be run through the three compartment sink using standard health department guidlines.

The first sink we clean with a detergent solution in water above 110°F.

The second sink is where we rinse with clean hot water to remove any detergent.

The 3rd sink is where the dishes are immersed with a sanitizing solution for 60 seconds. Using our chemical sanitizer test kits to ensure the proper parts per million ration is correct to completly sanatize all items.

Last, but not least all items are then ran through a commercial dishwasher.

Our China is then put into our plate racks and wrapped in a plastic bag to keep any conatimnates out.

The Glassware is then polished to remove any waterspots with a white vinegar solution. This also assist in sanitizing the glassware prior to being placed back into its rack then placed in a protective bag

Our Flatware is then put into heat sealed bags to ensure nothing can become contaminated during storage or transport.

only going green with reusables, but you will not need to sacrifice the
quality of your event with any disposables.
