    Our normal 1-day rental rate is usually from the day before your event to the day after, unless it is Sunday we would pick up Monday. If you have a place to store the items then you do not require "After-Hours Service". Delivery and pick-up windows are Monday -  Saturday 9 - 4 pm. If you require the items to be picked up or delivered outside these windows then please check (yes).

    Damage Waiver / Equipment Protection Plan

    This is an optional protection plan. if you accept then Current Events waives all claims against the customer for ACCIDENTAL breakage or damage to rental items, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THIRD-PARTY SUB RENTAL ITEMS, that occurs despite usage and handling with reasonable care. Items not returned to Current Event Rentals within seven (7) days after your event are billed the full replacement cost. Speak with your Current Event Rentals consultant to learn more.

    The Damage Waiver / Equipment Protection Plan is NOT insurance and it does not cover:

    • Theft
    • Rental items not returned
    • Any damage due to weather
    • Any damage resulting in overturning
    • Any damage to third party sub rental items or specialty linens
    • Damage resulting from vandalism or intentional or improper misuse
    • Damage to motors or other electrical appliances or devices caused by an artificial current
    • Any damage resulting from use of the Rental Items in violation of any provision of this Agreement or violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation
